DMX FlowPak simply a lump of air beneath my foot.

I've worn Rockport ProWalkers for a minimum of 10 years. per week ago I bought the new Astride ProWalker with the DMX FlowPak technology. whereas they felt okay within the store, when carrying them for a couple of hours my feet began to harm where the DMX FlowPak is found (just below the balls of my feet). I've worn these shoes for per week currently and that they still hurt my feet. This "revolutionary" DMX FlowPak is nothing however an air pouch within the sole of the shoe. Nothing regarding it "flows" as I walk. These are the foremost uncomforable ProWalkers I've ever owned. i am about to attempt to come back these shoes, however my shoe store features a no come back policy. I've contacted Rockport client service. We'll see what form of response i buy.
