I was reluctant to order shoes over the Internet because I could not prove, but I know the brand well and I ordered a size that fits well from past experience with Rockport shoes. When I received the shoes, which were much narrower on top than I expected, causing significant tweaks - a configuration of foot problems if you use the shoes. Amazon does not classify this problem as a "default", so I am to pay back, and also the "Free Shipping" which was originally collected - plus the hassle of repacking and shipping. Overall, a very bad experience. Never again will I buy shoes that you can try before you buy, because the size is not reliable. In addition, these shoes do not seem to be the quality of Rockport shoes I bought in the past of shoe stores. You can not help but wonder if the promotion was not a way to dump the shoes were not designed properly, first.
